With many products, yes. Our product packing methods have been refined with many years of experience, which may include having a product split into multiple packages in order to be handled easier by the shipping carriers.

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as you realise it. Please bear in mind that we move fast, depending on the time the order is verified, shipping may occur within a few hours, at which point cancellation becomes difficult.
